Client Services and Sales Advisor
This Client Services and Sales Advisor role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your career in a supportive, community-oriented environment.
Our client is a historic, family-owned, nondenominational cemetery in Arlington, Virginia. More than just a cemetery, it is a living landscape, an event space, and a monument business, where history, community, and meaningful service come together. Our team ensures that families who come here to honor loved ones, reflect, and find peace are met with compassion, professionalism, and personal attention.
Position Overview
The Client Services and Sales Advisor serves as a compassionate guide and trusted resource for individuals and families exploring burial and memorial options. This role combines deep empathy with a confident sales acumen to offer support during times of need and help clients make informed decisions that reflect their values.
As the first point of contact for many clients, the Client Services and Sales Advisor represents the warmth and care that defines the organization. The role involves working with individuals and families in both at-need and pre-need situations, helping them understand their options for burials, monuments, and related services.
This is a sales-forward position, best suited for someone who is naturally relationship-driven and comfortable guiding clients through sensitive decisions with professionalism and grace. While previous experience in cemetery or funeral services is helpful, it is not required. Success in this role depends on your ability to connect with people, explain complex offering clearly, and provide supportive service while meeting sales goals.
