Position Overview

Cardinal Title Group is looking for a Settlement Agent to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior title industry experience and will possess the skills required to conduct a clear and concise real estate settlement. The position may require periodic travel to various office locations.

Responsibilities

• Review files to ensure that all requirements are met before settlement
• Present all closing documents to sellers and purchasers
• Ensure that all paperwork is signed correctly
• Address any issues that arise during settlement
• Provide the highest level of customer service to clients
• Possess the ability to communicate in a professional and effective manner

Qualifications

• Title License (mut be licensed in the state where the settlements are conducted)
• Valid driver's license
• College degree preferred
• 2+ years of title experience
