Join Cardinal Title Group's growing team as a Title/Settlement Attorney in one of their DMV area offices!

Position Overview

Cardinal Title Group is looking for a Title or Settlement Attorney to join their growing team. The candidate must be able to conduct Real Estate settlements while also effectively performing the job functions outlined below.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review deeds, contracts, powers of attorney, trust documents, title abstract reports, and any other legal documents relevant to settlements
  • Provide legal advice to real estate agents and their clients, while representing our Title company
  • Lead/teach educational classes relevant to real estate
  • Review land records and chain-of-title
  • Assist in resolving any title claims
  • Assist in various other relevant legal matters

Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed Attorney (state specific)
  • 3+ years of title/real estate settlement experience
