Position Overview
An established professional services organization is seeking an Events Manager to lead the company’s executive-level events.
The position focuses on intimate, high-touch gatherings for senior executives, clients, and key stakeholders, where attention to detail, personalization, and flawless execution are essential.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute approximately 20–25 high-touch events annually
Coordinate and manage VIP participants at events
Oversee the full guest experience before, during, and after each event
Ensure seamless execution by anticipating logistical needs such as seating, lighting, sound, service flow, and timing
Maintain a detailed understanding of guest preferences, dietary requirements, sensitivities, and relationship dynamics to support personalized experiences
Maintain event records, guest lists, invitations, and follow-up communications
Coordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, and other partners to deliver high-quality experiences
Track event details and maintain institutional knowledge for future planning
